Research, tools, and code experiments.
ABOUT
A personal archive of policy research and code projects. It includes published reports, dashboards, codebases, and the occasional web experiment. I wrote a brief retrospective on how (and why) I built it.
I am a Research Director at the Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP), leading a program on workforce resilience — how communities adapt to structural shifts like decarbonization, trade shocks, and automation.
More broadly, I am interested in the craft of research itself: methodology, visualization, and the tools we build to make sense of complex systems.
